Account Deletion
Use this page to request deletion of your NBP account and associated data.
How To Request Deletion
Send a deletion request to the gym team or to:
Please include:
- Your full name.
- The email address or phone number used in the NBP app.
- A short message saying that you want your account deleted.
What Will Be Deleted
When your request is verified, we will delete or anonymize account data such as:
- Profile and contact information.
- Coaching preferences and member profile details.
- Measurements, check-ins, workout logs, nutrition logs, and progress data.
- Messages and app session data where deletion is technically and legally possible.
Data That May Be Kept
Some data may be kept for a limited period when required for legal, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or business record obligations. This may include invoices, subscription records, payment records, shop order records, delivery records, and support history.
Retention Period
Deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days after verification. Records that must be kept for legal, accounting, or security reasons may be retained for the required retention period and then deleted or anonymized.
Partial Data Deletion
If you want to remove specific data without deleting your full account, contact us with the details of the data you want removed. We will review the request and tell you what can be deleted.
