NBP, also known as New Body Project, provides coaching, nutrition, progress tracking, messaging, subscriptions, and shop features for gym members and visitors.

Data We Collect

Depending on how you use the app, we may collect:

• Account and contact information, such as name, email address, phone number, and login credentials.
• Profile information, such as date of birth, gender, goals, activity level, and coaching preferences.
• Health and fitness information that you choose to provide, such as weight, body measurements, check-ins, workout logs, nutrition logs, allergies, and supplement preferences.
• Messages exchanged with coaches or the gym team.
• Shop and delivery information, such as cart items, order history, delivery address, phone number, and tracking number.
• Technical information, such as device, app version, language, and security/session data needed to operate the service.

How We Use Data

We use data to provide and improve the service, including to:

• Create and manage member accounts and subscriptions.
• Assign and follow coaching, workout, and nutrition plans.
• Review progress, check-ins, workout logs, and meal logs.
• Enable messages between members, coaches, and the gym team.
• Process shop orders, delivery information, and order tracking.
• Protect the service, prevent misuse, and troubleshoot technical issues.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be visible to authorized gym owners, assigned coaches, and service providers that help host and operate the app. Data may also be disclosed when required by law.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Access to member data is restricted based on role and operational need.

Retention

We keep data while the account or service relationship is active, and for a reasonable period afterward when needed for support, accounting, legal, fraud prevention, or security purposes.
